NS-150 is a deodorized preservative system effective against yeast, mold and rope bacteria up to a pH of 6.5.  NS-150 is most commonly used in baked goods, juices and tea. After the Nutri-Shield process, this system will NOT add any color, odor, or chemical flavors typically associated with the standard chemical components.

NS-160 (sodium benzoate) is a deodorized preservative system effective against yeast and bacteria up to a pH of 4.5. NS-160 is commonly used in baked good, juices and desserts.  The Nutri-Shield system will NOT add color, odor, or chemical flavors typically associated with other commercial sodium benzoate while still maintaining an extended shelf life.

NS-1010 is a blended preservative system effective against bacteria, mold and yeast, effective at a pH range of 5.0 to 6.5. NS-1010 is commonly used in prepared salads, sauces, salad dressings, cultured dairy products and pita breads.  After the Nutri-Shield process, this system will NOT add any color, odor, or chemical flavors typically associated with the standard chemical components.

NS-1017S is a blended preservative system effective against bacteria, mold and yeast, effective at a pH range of 5.0 to 6.5. 1017S is commonly used in prepared salads, dressings, sauces, cultured dairy products, milk and juice based drinks,"bellywash". and After the Nutri-Shield process, this system will NOT add any color, odor, or chemical flavors typically associated with the standard chemical components.

The NS-1017SL blend, which is a widely accepted and effective preservative, is now available as a convenient concentrated aqueous solution. This solution, when diluted by a customer to meet their specific needs, can be conveniently and accurately applied as a spray to products or metered accurately into a variety of recipes. The same superior preservation characteristics, along with the minimal odor and flavor that customers have grown accustom to with dry NS 1017 S, will be realized with this product. The product is offered in a concentrated form that is equivalent to 1 part of dry NS 1017 S plus 2.5 parts of water( by weight). This is equivalent to 2.65 pounds of dry NS 1017 S per gallon. It will be available in 55 gallon drums.
